Empower Fridays

Empower Fridays is My 180 Youth Program's weekly enrichment experience designed to help youth ages 10–18 discover new interests, build practical skills, and connect with positive mentors in a safe, engaging environment.

 

Each Friday introduces youth to a new hands-on experience through one of our five signature labs. From technology and creative arts to life skills, community experiences, and youth-led activities, every week is intentionally designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and expand what's possible for each young person.

 

Whether youth are creating, exploring, learning, or simply having fun with friends, Empower Fridays encourages them to discover something new every Friday.
